Lake Huron Fishing
"Fishing so great, you might not see any of the other great things the area has to offer."
Lake Huron, bounded on the west by the U.S. state of Michigan, and on the east by the province of Ontario, Canada, is one of the five Great Lakes of North America. The name of the lake is derived from early French explorers who named it based on the Huron people inhabiting the region.

There has been an active stocking program in Lake Huron for years. Chinook salmon are released and live for an average for over five years.
Most fishing guides and charter boats from Michigan and Ontario. Most specialize in salmon, but there are also large numbers of bass, walleye, pike, and musky to be found. Lake Huron fishing is doing great and getting better every year. The successful stocking and fishery management programs in Lake Huron have brought it back.
